
FTI is proud of the many accolades we have received
over the years. It is because of the dedication and
professionalism of FTI's talented employees that the
industry has recognized FTI as a leader in the aerospace
community.
At the Airbus Fastener Suppliers Conference held May 4th, 2006, FTI was presented with the Airbus Fastener Award for achieving D1 and R1 targets in 2005.
Airbus sets two key performance indicators for all fastener suppliers and Fatigue Technology Inc. scored top marks in both for all 12 months in 2005.

In February of 2005, the World Trade Center of Tacoma awarded Fatigue Technology Inc. its 12th Annual Globe Award. The award recognizes local Pacific Northwest companies that are enhancing the area’s reputation in international trade. The organization uses five criteria for selecting the award’s recipient: expanding the community’s trade capacity through jobs or revenue; building the community’s international status; participation in trade and cultural exchange; heightening community awareness of the importance of international trade; and being a publicly recognized role model.

On June 11, 2003, Fatigue Technology Inc. was recognized by Northrop Grumman Integrated Systems for its on-time delivery and zero defects record and, as a result, received the “Sustaining Customer Expectations” Platinum Award. The award is given in recognition of demonstrated distinction in meeting performance standards -- outstanding quality, commitment to meeting delivery schedules, and focus on customer satisfaction.

On August 11th, 1998, Fatigue Technology
Inc. was presented with Boeing's 1998 Small Business
Supplier of the Year Award. This award was determined
through a Boeing company-wide nomination and judging
process of over 33,000 small business suppliers. Boeing's
Small Business Supplier of the Year Award recognizes
the company which best exemplifies the truly vital role
of small business firms in the American free-enterprise
system.

On July 28th, Fatigue Technology,
Inc. was presented the 1998 Region 10 Subcontractor
of the Year Award by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
This SBA award honors FTI as the most outstanding subcontractor
in the Pacific Northwest Region and one of the Top Ten
small business subcontractors in the United States.
Boeing Information, Space & Defense Systems nominated
FTI for this award as a result of their excellent support
of the F-22 Raptor Program. The F-22 is being built
with thousands of ForceTec® retainers, ForceMate®
bushings, split sleeves and cold working tooling manufactured
exclusively by Fatigue Technology, Inc.

Lockheed Martin of Fort Worth, named
Fatigue Technology Inc. a STAR Supplier, an award granted
to companies who meet Lockheed Aeronautics Material
Management Center’s stringent criteria.
To receive this award, FTI had to
be Statistical Process Control Certified by Lockheed,
have zero Rejections for at least the past six months,
have at least 98% on time shipments, have favorable
price trends and improving Purchase Order Administration.
Lockheed set these high standards
to reduce their overall acquisition costs. The STAR
Supplier award means that Lockheed no longer requires
a field representative at FTI to inspect shipments,
and FTI’s Quality Assurance accepts the responsibility
of approving Lockheed shipments.
FTI customers like Lockheed have
raised their quality standards over the past few years
to reduce costs associate with nonconformance. FTI has
responded by investing over one million dollars in equipment,
software, training and time to make sure that FTI products
and services meet the new expectations of the industry.

Fatigue Technology Inc., of Seattle
was selected as a finalist for the 1997 Flight International
Aerospace Industry Awards in the Systems and Components
category for the development of FTI’s ForceTec
Rivetless Nut Plate System.
Flight International, a weekly publication
recognized for providing superior coverage of all aspects
of the aerospace industry, appointed a panel of expert
judges who selected the four finalists from entries
submitted by individuals throughout the aerospace industry.
ForceTec was selected based on the criteria set forth
by Flight International. The criteria included: "evidence
of genuine excellence;" significance of the products
and its impact on the aerospace industry; and hard facts
regarding the performance of the product.
Bruce F. Gibson, FTI Vice President
represented FTI at the Awards Gala Dinner June 16, 1997,
in Paris where winners were announced.
Others nominated in the Systems
and Components category were BF Goodrich Avionics Systems,
Grand Rapids, Michigan; Meggitt Avionics, United Kingdom;
and Messier-Bugatti, France.
