Our survey section is a method of feedback for our customers and is read by FTI's senior management everyday. You can say anything you want here, and we'll take what you say seriously.

Why do you have a survey?

This survey is for those who would like to give us general feedback. We value all of our customers' input, because it gives us a fairly accurate gauge of how we're doing business that we could not otherwise have.

How soon will you read my input?

We have people monitoring our survey all day long during the business week, and you can rest assured that it will be read and seriously considered within a day after you send it.

Will you respond to my survey?

If you provide your email address, we will try our best to respond in a timely manner.

Will you give my email address to anyone else?

No, we will not sell your email to anyone. We will only use your email address to contact you.

Do you accept your surveys in a language other than English?

Yes, we will gladly do our best to translate a survey in any language. We have colleagues who can decipher many languages, so we're confident that we'll be able to understand it.
